Liquor Label Design

For a senior project, I had to redesign a liquor bottle of my choosing. This lead me to Bacardi's Dragonberry Rum, whose existing label looks good, but I feel could have been improved to better reach their target demographic.

My approach was to create a bold minimalism design, that plays with the three-dimensionality of the bottle. This led me to the dragon graphic that encourages the customer to follow it around the bottle.

I also needed to design a box to transport and sell the product in. Not having the clarity of the bottle to work with, I decided on a black box to make the red more vibrant and stand out more on the shelves.
